How I grew and evolved
I lead product operations and project delivery for SaaS and digital products. The unglamorous work that makes shipping reliable: sprint cadence, stakeholder alignment, QA discipline, and ops automation.
At i8is (Infiniti Software Solutions International), I run multi-project delivery across Pakistan and Saudi clients. That includes government digital programs, enterprise tools such as ssTrack.io (workforce time tracking and leave), Click HR, and Camel Translate, plus delivery governance when AI and vendors enter the system. I work with cross-functional teams of roughly 8 to 15 people, and I have driven automation that materially cut internal HR and operations cost.
Before that I built operating muscles in digital marketing and product launches at NX3 Digital and MeriSehat.pk, plus earlier project coordination, SRS/BA, and UX handoff roles.
I write about how delivery, PMO, and AI systems actually hold up under real workload: decision rights, intake and WIP, hypercare, and what breaks when tools land without owners.
